Spec Writer / Quality Control Manager:
Experienced spec writer and quality control manager. Responsible for maintaining and updating office master specs, consulting with architectural and interior design staff to write project specifications, reviewing construction documents, and providing technical guidance. Strong communicator with a passion for helping others learn. Licensed architect with ten or more years experience in commercial construction. Healthcare experience a plus.

Architect/Architectural Intern - Orange County Office (currently in Irvine, CA):
Licensed Architect with two-five years of design experience and proficiency in AutoCAD. Revit skills a plus. A Bachelors or Masters in Architecture and experience with healthcare/senior living design preferred. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and supervising architectural aspects of projects.
Intern responsibilities include designing and planning layout diagrams and schematics for new or modified structures. Candidates should be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit skills are a plus. A Bachelors or Masters in Architecture and healthcare/senior living experience preferred.
