The Boulder Associates Fellowship Program

Every summer, Boulder Associates Architects mentors professional architecture students in a 12-week immersive program that includes three components:

  1. Hands-on project work:
Fellows will gain real world experience – developing Revit skills, interacting with clients, and working on a design oriented project – to add to their resumes.
  2. Mentorship and Training:
Fellows will receive training on a range of innovative design topics – sustainability, project management, and patient-centered design – through firm-wide workshops and one-on-one educational sessions with our firm’s leaders.
  3. Independent study:
Fellows will develop their own comprehensive project to add to their personal portfolios. Under the guidance of staff, Fellows will participate in a series of charrettes throughout the summer to refine their design. At the end of the summer, they will present their completed project to our staff.
