Involved in the design of healthcare and senior living environments for more than 20 years, Tim designs facilities that support improved care. "From small assisted living centers up to full continuum of care campuses, senior living offers a lot of opportunities for great design solutions that really help people," Tim explains. He also understands that thoughtful design solutions can improve operations and lower costs. Tim's work has twice been recognized by the AAHSA/AIA Design for Aging Review: a Citation Award in 2004 for the State Veterans Home at Fitzsimons and a Merit Award in 2006 for the Total Longterm Care Cody Day Center.
