As a designer and project manager with more than 15 years of experience, James brings his appreciation for the intricacies of design to the projects he manages. “They're like a Swiss watch, you have so many different consultants and moving pieces.” With a career focused on highly complex design, James takes pride in the value clients derive from the firm's expertise. He says, “I like the fact that we're experts. We're not a commodity. Clients come to us because of our knowledge and experience.” For James, the challenge is to continually develop that expertise. “I enjoy finding more efficient, better ways to arrange the pieces, all the way through the details. There's a lot of beauty in a good detail, not just a good elevation.”
