Armed with a Master of Architecture from Yale University, Nick began at Boulder Associates as the first employee in 1984. His role has evolved to directing design, managing client relationships, and recruiting top candidates from nationally ranked design schools. He is passionate about customer service and about the type of work done at Boulder Associates. "I appreciate what we do here," Nick explains. "Design for healthcare and seniors is the one area of design that can directly impact the quality of people's lives on a daily basis."
