Growing up with both parents intimately involved with healthcare, Tracy has always had an awareness of how a happy, efficient medical staff can directly affect patient experience. This understanding, applied to Boulder Associates' clients, over the past decade, has resulted in her designing effective and enjoyable environments that help staff provide the best care possible to their patients. "I have always known that medical design is the area of architecture that I am most interested in. I really enjoy working closely with healthcare providers to understand their day-to-day needs. It is their work and their contact with patients that ultimately drive the design."
