Stacey joined Boulder Associates in 2008 and has gained experience working on an Integrated Project Delivery team based in California. Participating in the success of this innovative method inspired her to become a founding core group member of the Lean Construction Institute Colorado Community of Practice, a diverse group of professionals that aims to push the boundaries of better collaboration across the OAC community, and to link design to a thorough understanding of our clients' business models. "Using a lean approach, we design by thinking of a building as a living, breathing structure that fully supports and overlaps the process of practicing medicine from all perspectives." Stacey enthusiastically supports Boulder Associates' mission of continuous improvement in our design, internal processes, and client service.
