Plan for approximately 3,500 s.f. per O.R.
Anticipate 1,000 to 1,500 cases per O.R. per year depending on specialty.
Everyone is happiest and the center is most profitable when efficiency and flow support excellent patient care.
Reimbursement changes are frightening, be prepared.
