Clear Creek Surgery Center

Situated on a 400 by 90 foot site within a tight urban campus, Boulder Associates' challenge was to create a recognizable, welcoming presence for this new four OR surgery center separated from the street by 20 parking spaces.

The design team created a floating roof plane - at 30 feet high - atop a significant glass tower to mark the entry.

The crisp glass and metal panels supported by brick elements reflect the urban tapestry of the neighborhood and the high-touch care provided within this efficient, modern facility.
