Boulder Community Foothills Hospital

As the first LEED v2 Silver Certified Hospital, the design team of Boulder Associates and OZ Architecture set a new benchmark in sustainable design, disproving the notion that sustainability and healthcare don't mix.

The hospital's interiors are nurturing and serene; a pediatric care unit was designed with a “camp-like” atmosphere; and integrated wayfinding and daylighting support long-term growth of the facility.

The neonatal intensive care nursery allows parents to ‘room in' and be full-time participants in their infant's care.
