Lowry Medical Center

Boulder Associates designed the core and shell, as well as all seven tenant spaces for this new medical center.

This meant accommodating unique tenant identities, while maintaining a cohesive look throughout the building.

The design and materials reflect the historical significance of the site, and the New Urbanist character of its redevelopment.

A striking open staircase encourages users to forego the elevator, and the surgery center features a "loop" design which separates pre- and post-op patients while a concealed exit allows for a discrete transition to home.
