Colorado State Veterans Home at Fitzsimons

This home for veterans and their spouses was designed with resident rooms nested in clusters.

These clusters optimize staffing at each shift and decentralize supplies and services, allowing staff more time to provide quality care.

As a result, the State will see significant savings in operating costs over the life of the building, while meeting the mission of providing veterans with a high level of care and comfort in a home-like environment.
