Total Longterm Care partnered with Boulder Associates to create this neighborhood senior day center.

To meet multiple demands–from dementia care to medical treatment, therapy, and counseling–a complex building program was needed.

Boulder Associates conducted interviews with caregivers, therapists, drivers, home health aides, and other staff.

The result is a warm and inviting building that capitalizes on the sloping site and allows at-grade entries for participants at the upper level, and for staff below. A central atrium anchors the building and brings natural light to both levels.
