Nick Rehnberg, AIA, LEED AP

Principal - Architecture

Nick was drawn to architecture at a young age. From building out of leftover parts in his parent’s garage as a kid to drafting classes in school, he would later find nothing more appealing than problem-solving while sitting in a quiet place with a notebook and felt pen. As the principal overseeing design for Boulder Associates, he has completed a wide variety of healthcare projects, ranging from large-scale hospitals and medical office buildings to family-centered community health clinics. His portfolio includes Boulder Community Foothills Hospital, the country’s first LEED-certified hospital.

His focus has been on helping clients adapt to changes in healthcare delivery by designing processes and facilities that maximize collaboration and efficiency. This focus has led to him establishing himself as an authority on community health centers, patient-centered medical homes, and collaborative care. His only other focus is fishing.
