Scott Paddon, LEED AP BD+C

Associate - Architecture

Scott’s work in architecture aligns well with his curious nature and interest in history, art, and science. He enjoys the continual learning opportunities in healthcare design – particularly with specialties like cardiology, neurology, and GI – and endeavors to unearth the intricacies of the client’s needs and allow those findings to inform the design process to create the best possible outcome for patient and provider. Scott’s expertise includes accessibility, imaging modalities, ASCs, and OSHPD. He is also a licensed pilot and skydiver and made a wingsuit flight on oxygen 20,000 feet over Monterey Bay for a Japanese pharmaceutical commercial.

Scott returned to BA in 2020, following a previous tenure of over seven years, and has a Bachelor of Science from the University of California Davis.
