This project houses a family practice clinic, imaging, and a dermatology clinic that provides MOHS procedures. The client sought to provide for its patients an alternate, more private entry than the building's existing front entrance. The existing entrance was closed off and a new entrance was located to the rear of the building. Due to the lack of parking to the rear of the building, a covenant agreement with an adjacent building was required to acquire space through the county. In addition, this re-alignment required multiple design iterations to solve building code exiting needs.

The clinic has two separate waiting rooms, one serving the dermatology and imaging service, the
other for the family practice clinic. A greeter at the clinic's entry directs patients to their corresponding waiting rooms.
