The Eating Recovery Center is a unique facility specializing in the care and treatment of patients with eating disorders. A fresh, holistic approach to psychiatric treatment is reflected in its design. The 25,600-square-foot psychiatric hospital occupies the fifth floor of an existing medical office building. The program includes outpatient therapy care, partial-hospitalization care, inpatient beds, and administrative support. The treatment approach also called for group and individual therapy rooms, a commercial kitchen, a dining room, a teaching kitchen, an art therapy room, an exercise therapy room, and a community spa bathroom.
