This 60,000 s.f. three-story medical office building is an addition to the Sutter Roseville campus. It provides services like medical, surgical, and gynecological oncology, infusion and infusion pharmacy, lab services, as well as supporting services such as clinical trials, social workers, and a financial coordinator. It is also the future site of an integrated health suite.

​​​​​​​The project was done to provide more space for a growing medical oncology department as well as to co-locate many cancer treatment services into the same building. It was built using tilt up construction to coordinate with the existing surrounding campus, but the inside clinical space was designed through a 3P event involving active staff and patient participation and input, the resulting layout of which stayed the same through the remainder of the design process. The oncology suite won the 2018 Center for Health Design Evidence-Based Design Touchstone Award, Gold.
