Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation Mark West Third Floor Cardiology and ENT Suite
Santa Rosa, CA
This 12,620 s.f. project involved the build-out of empty shelled space on the third floor of a medical office building for cardiology, allergy, ENT, and audiology. It also included the renovation of a phlebotomy office on the second floor of the facility. The cardiology suite was designed to house nuclear medicine, echo stress, nuclear stress, and a Holter device check room. The floor below and the orthopedic suite next door were in operation throughout the project, and there was the necessary coordination of floor penetrations. A particular challenge to this otherwise straight-forward project was the fact that the Nuclear Medicine camera needed steel supports installed in the existing IDF room below. Careful coordination was required to install a 6’ long steel beam without damaging any IT equipment.
