This project is a 21,000-square-foot PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) facility, including a large great room/dining space, speech therapy, rehab gym, spa bathroom, an OSHPD 3 clinic, and staff support spaces. For this ground-up project, the design team was able to leverage lessons learned from the design of previous Welbe facilities, allowing a streamlined design process and efficient implementation of the established prototype. The consistency of the template—combined with the team’s accumulated experience—supported a smooth and predictable design cycle.
