This two-story, 11,800 s.f. clinic tenant improvement provides critical services and access to quality healthcare to all. This site provides primary care, behavioral heath, preventative dental care, and restorative dental services.

The project had a wide range of constructibility challenges and adaption of existing conditions were overcome through creative means. This included planning and programming the center on two floors with limited ceiling heights, existing vault conditions, and providing access to the outdoors.
