Juan Ramos is a Principal in Boulder Associates’ Boulder office. With nearly two decades of experience in the healthcare design, project management, and delivery, Juan excels at coordinating effective teams, driving commitments, and managing project risks. His projects range from large multispecialty medical office buildings to greenfield hospital sites.

His knack for cultivating lasting client relationships has made him a go-to resource for organizations like Banner Health, SCL/Intermountain, and UC Health. Outside of his work with BA, Juan is an active facilitator with Ripple Intent, a human-centered nonprofit focused on creating a culture of collaboration between A/E/C professionals. Juan has been with BA since 2005 and has a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado, Denver.
