This eye clinic and surgery center includes space for typical eye exams, a lab for making and retail space for selling eyeglasses, one operating room and a procedure room to accommodate Lasik procedures. The facility is positioned prominently atop a bluff and features commanding views of Snake River Valley below.

​​​​​​​One of several key design considerations was to situate common spaces, including the waiting room and retail as advantageously as possible, taking full advantage of the site’s impressive views. High ceilings, windows and steel sunshades act both functionally and aesthetically, complimenting the building’s architectural presence on the bluff.
